  • For general therapy, we begin with an initial consultation lasting up to an hour. During this session, we discuss your potential needs, typically recommending between 6 and 12 weekly sessions. This plan is flexible and will be regularly evaluated.
  • For smoking cessation, the session will be a double session lasting up to 2 hours.

I will provide you with a relaxation CD to listen to each night as you prepare for sleep. This is a crucial part of the process, and it’s essential to listen to it every night throughout the sessions.

You can revisit it anytime you wish. I continue to listen to mine frequently, even 25 years after my initial hypnotherapy session!
