I pursued training at the Clifton Practice in Bristol, earning the Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma, renowned as the gold standard in hypnotherapy education.
Instead of dwelling on problems and seeking their origins, I encourage you to envision how you want your life to be. I’ve guided many individuals in reshaping their perspectives, promoting positive thinking, actions, and interactions—the three P’s. Engaging in enjoyable physical activities, whether it’s dancing at home or running marathons, boosts serotonin, noradrenaline, and dopamine levels. These chemicals elevate your mood, making it difficult to feel anxious or stressed. You can’t be both anxious and calm simultaneously! I offer sessions at Courtyard Clinic, Dursley, on Mondays from 5-7pm and Wednesdays from 5-8pm.
