  • If it is for general therapy, we start with an initial consultation which takes up to an hour.  We then discuss how many more sessions I think you may need, usually between 6 and 12 weekly sessions.  We will assess this regularly so it is not set in stone.
  • If it is to stop smoking, it is a double session which will take up to 2 hours.
I will give you a relaxation CD to listen to each night just as you are ready to go to sleep.  It is a very important part of the process and is essential that you listen to it each night throughout the course of the sessions.
You can then listen to it as often as you want to after that.  I still listen to mine regularly , even after 25 years since my first experience of hypnotherapy!
